Great service. Very dependable.
Extremely poor service — highly irresponsible (failed to show up and only informed me after I called), and unable to follow simple directions. When they finally showed up, they gave me a quote to replace all the blinds that were in perfectly good condition. Wasted several days with unnecessary back-and-forth on a straightforward task that another vendor finished in just a few days for a better price.
