I went to the dealership just to "look". I was already in contact with Luis, one of the sales managers. He was very professional, polite and not pushy. He let me spend as much time as I needed to look at the car, ask questions and crunch the numbers. Once I did decide to purchase the car, the transaction was smooth and seamless.
