Solicité un servicio y la atención en recepción fue grosera y poco profesional. El personal demostró no tener conocimientos técnicos básicos sobre la reparación de vehículos ni la capacidad de ofrecer un servicio oportuno y adecuado. La forma de trabajo recuerda a un modelo ineficiente: no existe interés real en resolver los problemas del cliente, solo en utilizar frases prefabricadas para justificar cobros sin aportar soluciones concretas. My go-to stop when I get to Miami. I went here for the food. Excellent chicken empanadas & dulce de leche croissants. Great prices and friendly people. I did not use the gas services or mechanic.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at this mechanic's shop. The owner, Carlos, is truly a gem. He's an incredibly honest person who has taken care of my multiple vehicles five or six times now. His prices are always fair and consistently cheaper than any other shop in Miami Beach, to the point where I don't even bother comparing prices anymore. Carlos is a mechanic I can fully trust—he never recommends a service I don’t actually need. He's truly the best mechanic I've ever had
