Been there twice. Only intensive therapy place I’ve been to that actually made me BETTER. Not restabalized, not return to normal, BETTER. The staff is excellent and genuinely care about their clients. Also, when you need to take a break, you can go outside which is pretty relaxing. They also have massage chairs. And snacks.
Sierra Southlake was one of the best experiences of my life! Kira is the best LPC I have ever met and did an excellent job of keeping me on the right path and supporting me throughout my healing journey. She was always available even for a quick call if I needed it and was always able to tell when you needed extra support to get through the day. The whole staff was so caring and involved in my treatment and I truly felt safe and cared for. Kira was wonderful and changed my life truly and changed my experience with therapy like no one else has! I'm not gonna lie, I would've stayed in PHP - longer hours if given the opportunity LOL but it really works the way Kira weaves in skills in group so I like that type of structure. I have tried other PHP/IOP programs and Sierra Southlake was the only one that was trauma focused. Most importantly, the staff are competent and compassionate, and really encourage you on your journey of healing.
