Very nice staff and friendly people. Special thanks to Steve and Debbie for being available all the time to help us as needed. I highly recommend them.
Debbie Cederdahl should not be working in property management. She is rude, nasty, and as a board member on the HOA where she lives, she does not fulfill her fiduciary duties. She harasses neighbors, files false police reports, and thinks she is above the law. Stay away from this company and her.
Great properties and management.
I've been a tenant for the past 2 years with the company I'm working for. The building consistently has problems. There are 100 people working on our floor and there is one bathroom stall. The elevator consistently breaks down and one of our employees was actually stuck in it for 45 minutes. We are moving buildings because Sierra Asset Management is terrible at their job.
Sierra Asset Management is a fantastic company. I have worked with them for years and have had only positive experiences.
