I've lived in two different apartments in their complex. Initially in a one bedroom and then a 2 bedroom when I expanded my family. Their staff is very nice. The turn-around time for any type of service that needs to be done is usually within hours, but certainly in under 24 hours. I was thoroughly impressed with the service they provided. Now they're playing the "internet is down" so I can't make my rent payment online. So despite my disabilities, I now have to go to HEB or the Post Office to get a money order to pay the rent. This is being done in retaliation of the poor review I left that includes violations of ADA Rights. Not sure why, but this woman HATES me. I don't think I've said more than 10 words to her in the last 3 years. I asked for a ground floor apartment, they want carpet, blinds, cleaning, and probably paint.
