Would love to give 0 stars. This business is managed as poorly as I can imagine. Incredibly frustrating. Received text after text that I need to pay a bill to the link provided. When attempting to pay this bill, 6 days in a row the web portal states 'we are unable to process your bill please pay another way.' yet, I keep receiving texts, 'please pay, this if your final warning, pay this bill'. I then email, the help address, 5 days later they say 'oh we need more information' I then call and after providing more information ... read more
