Waited a week for service on my AC. When scheduled they said between 8-10 am. I finally got a call at 12:30 for the appointment but had another appointment scheduled. So called another AC repair and they will be out today. I have not heard good things about Sierra Air and now I know why. I will not recommend them or use them. Also when technician called he was like I guess I'm supposed to come look at your AC,
