I have been here 6 Years, I don't have anything good to say.
Worst place to rent ever. If you do. Make sure you keep the contract copies. They will charge you $350 on deposit and at the end they will tell you that you pay only $150. They will charge you with pet deposit even if you don't have one. Infested in roaches and mold, good luck if you get the maintenance to go and fix anything.
I have lived here 4 months now. When we came here the manager Blaire promised us so many repairs in our apartment along with a handicap parking spot for me since I am disabled. Blaire left and a new one is in, but my point is NOTHING has been fixed that was promised. I was unaware that we have a water and sewage bill till I received one. This was not told to me or my husband. That's fine I'll pay the $10 water bill. This month, because of a water leak in the tub my bill is $68 for just the two of us!!
