I know Stephanie as both a patient and as a colleague. I received Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy, and if it is a modality you have never heard or you have been curious about, look no further as Stephanie has been doing this work for a long time and you will be in excellent hands. Stephanie is amazing! I had no idea how helpful acupuncture could be until being treated by Stephanie. As a contractor and musician, I deal with frequent repetitive motions. This has developed into some chronic pain in my arms, hands and shoulders over time. One day after my left arm, hand and shoulder had nearly locked up she was quickly able to put me at ease with an acupuncture and massage session. It was so relieving! I highly recommend her services for chronic pain and stress relief.
