Highly recommend Stephanie for acupuncture and massage. She has a deep understanding of the body especially relating to women's health. I always looked forward to my appointments because I knew I would leave feeling so much better, plus she is great to chat with! She helped me so much with some persistent low back and hip issues as well as digestive troubles. I cannot recommened her enough!

Stephanie is a gifted acupuncturist and massage therapist, and one of the few body-workers in the area trained in Mayan abdominal massage. She is deeply knowledgable in Eastern medicine and how it can add to your current recommendations from your doctor. I feel lucky to have found her and worked with her over the years, from trying to conceive, through two pregnancies, and beyond.
