DO NOT MOVE HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. if I had the finances to break my lease from this complex I absolutely would leave in a heartbeat. Coming from someone who has lived in this complex for over 2 years, I used to like being here however the fact the AC is CONSTANTLY down and being “repaired” (it is not being replaced, only patched up so it keeps breaking over and over again) and my apartment being over 90 degrees in summer in Arizona is absolutely unacceptable. set us up with an appointment to view a unit when we got there they told us they weren’t doing any showings bc they are switching management, the woman was not welcoming or friendly was very rude and seemed annoyed we had the audacity to show up to our SCHEDULED appointment and when we asked why they couldn’t tell us that before we drove all the way here she said there system was down, would not recommend, they clearly don’t know what they are doing.
Slum lord. They refuse to fix air conditioners. The Arizona AG just pushed a reminder. If this place tries to avoid fixing your ac this summer, show them this. Tenants have rights that are protected by Arizona law. Failure to provide adequate air conditioning potentially violates the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act (A.R.S. § 33-1301-1381) and any applicable local regulations.
