The AC never works. I've been reporting this for several days and I haven't received a solution. We're very hot inside our apartment; it's not comfortable to live like this.
This was my first apartment out of college and I was not expecting this to be my first experience. To start, the amount of roaches and crickets is insane, no matter how often you request pest control. Second, I was not made aware that they shut the A/C off during the “winter” seasons, so while it’s still in the high 70s, you are unable to turn the air on. I'll keep it short sweet and to the point. I acknowledge management has changed in between but my review is the cumulative assessment of three years: 1. frequent utility shutdowns (water, gas, electricity) 2. inefficient/unreliable garbage removal system. 3. sneaky evidence gathering on tenants e.g. checking car registration to force you to sign documents e.g. lease, new agreements etc...placing stickers on your car without consent. Receptionist refuses to let me schedule a meeting with the manager with no explanation as to why even though this is about billing information. Very rude and very unprofessional for not allowing a scheduled meeting. She told me the best I could do is sit in the office from Open until Close and hope to catch him. Do not apply to this complex.
