The team here goes above and beyond for people. They genuinely take interest and even with the unknowns of a corporate lease they offer a kind and warm service and do everything they can do surpass expectations. The property management is a major factor for the reason I decided to sign 9/26 update: I lowered from 5 stars to 1 because we gave notice of non renewal for 8/3 move out and the company never moved us out of the system and they are charging me a bunch of late fees and extra rent for September/ August?? The price we were quoted, an apartment that we were shown they said the price of the apartment is on the paper they gave us and it was all untrue,
Tera did SUCH an amazing job!!! I had been touring different apartments all across town all day and out of everyone she really brought it home with her charisma & attitude!! Enlightened my whole day and Tera was a super fun last tour guide and helped me with everything I needed!!
Chronic leaking issues that management seems disinterested in fixing, all at the expense of the tenants. Maintenance guy is clueless.
This place gets shuffled from owner to owner but RPM is by far the worst. They’ve completely stopped picking the weeds, there are holes all over the property, trash and dog poop everywhere, and they don’t clean the pools. They are on us constantly about how our patio chairs need to be in good condition, yet their pool chairs are completely ripped and unusable. The other places at least did the bare minimum to maintain the property.
