The new management has been very helpful. Shawn is responsive, takes action, is solution oriented and cares about the community. Repairs are being taken care of now. Maintenance has been responsive in a timely manner. Also property is well maintained. I agree the last management misrepresented things and didn't care. My biggest issue is that this place is on a chiller system so you don't have control of your air. They turn the air off for winter. I didn't know that upfront. This place is in need of serious renovations and landscaping. Buildings look like they’re falling apart. There’s pest issues (rats, roaches). I’ve called the police on my neighbor for domestic violence twice and he hasn’t been evicted. There’s constant issues in general. The mail situation is terrible and I’ve had constant package problems. The air conditioning has issues. Constant car honking sounds from the nearby car dealerships. One year later and the pool is still green. Property is covered with ankle deep holes (????) and dog poop. Smoke alarm in a destroyed apartment going off all day. No one here can be bothered to fix any of it, which is sad because this is a nice little complex. Or it was before we merged with the dilapidated, pest infested complex across the street. HONEST REVIEW Lived here for a year, just renewed my lease. The manager Shawn makes himself available to residents, and the front office staff is always very friendly and courteous. The negative reviews are most likely from people that do not seem to understand communication with management usually solves the issues they are posting about. In my experience, management and maintenance have always tried their best to help any time I've reached out to them.
