Slum lord. They refuse to fix air conditioners. The Arizona AG just pushed a reminder. If this place tries to avoid fixing your ac this summer, show them this. Tenants have rights that are protected by Arizona law. Failure to provide adequate air conditioning potentially violates the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act (A.R.S. § 33-1301-1381) and any applicable local regulations.
How do I even begin, my first day in the apartment there was a leak and I had to go an entire week without my shower. They had to reinstall whole new shower. They left large holes in my wall for over a week, never came to repaint the bathroom, and my apartment smelled due to the leak. Most recently they even had my car towed while I was asleep for night shift, even though it was parked where they told me too, so now I have to pay 500 to get my car a week before rent is due. Oh my God! The air conditioning doesn't work at all. Cockroaches everywhere! How disgusting! Very unprofessional management!
Unprofessional management. Cockroaches everywhere, both inside and outside the apartment. The maintenance staff never shows up to help with the apartment issues .. I waited 6 months to get a code for the gym. Also problems with the air conditioning. I do not recommend this apartment complex.
