I had mold growing in my apartment in the closet. Bedroom for 3 years, I told management, they did nothing. They went in one time, painted over it. Then the black mold grew back. They charged me 3 months rent to move in there. I paid over $3900. Because I was moving from Maui, and I was charged $200 every year to renew a lease. Greatest Apartments I’m on my second year here in a 2 bed 2 bath at Sienna Apartments & absolutely love it ???? Beverly & Ronda at the office are sincerely nice & efficient for all my needs to date. I encourage all nice people to apply! Mark F??
I wouldn't recommend this complex to know one. My experience haven't been a good one. The area isn't the best renting a crampy Apartment with bad major traffic and bad drivers daily from Decatur and Flamingo . I definately wished I had rented elsewhere. It's not worth the trouble.

The place is not at all what it seems, as the place is so restricted, not all that clean, Apartments are sub standard, with cosmetic upgrades, and care of place is minimal! I lived there and it was not a good experience, apartment turned out to be awful!
RecommendedNeeded to find a place for my Dad that is safe, clean and closer to family and this place hit every mark. From the minute we walked in and met the amazing Bev we knew he was "home" The grounds are beautifully kept, the office staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and the apartment is clean, spacious and extremely well built, sitting right off Decatur I was afraid the noise from the street would be deafening but surprisingly you can't hear anything at all and the neighbors we have met so far have been so kind and welcom... read more
Spacious apartments and a great staff!
Superior gated living for 55+ individuals. The management is top notch with many extracurricular activities including an outstanding monthly meal dished up by the lovely manager herself, Rhonda Frizell.
Sienna Senior Apts I loved living at Sienna apartments. Ronda was and is always so helpful with whatever I needed. The staff is so friendly! I just loved the Environment there.
