Quiero agradecer al equipo de la oficina de Sienna Ridge, el servicio y la bienvenida que te dan cada vez que entras a la oficina es muy bueno, Desde Celia, Lucia y Jennifer que siempre te recibe con una sonrisa y te escucha con detalles y siempre encuentra la manera de resolver las inquietudes que tenemos con nuestro apartamento Dwayne y Juan siempre me han reparado las ordenes de servicio y adicional hacen muchas actividades con la comunidad, a mi me place vivir aqui.
Comencé a vivir en estos apartamentos y estoy encantado de vivir aquí en Sienna ridge la atención de Lucía fue muy buena, Celia es muy amable y hace muchas cosas por la comunidad y Jennifer tiene un servicio al cliente excepcional Dwayne y Juan siempre atienden muy bien las órdenes de trabajo que pongo, Les invito a conocer y vivir aquí
Having lived here since 2018 I have become increasingly frustrated with this place Office staff and maintenance staff are nice, however rent has increased by $100 every year I've lived here and the environment has gone down. The community is loud, people drink, play loud music, and loiter in the stairwells until past midnight almost nightly. Courtesy officer doesn't enforce any of the rules. The trash dumpsters are always overflowing, it's been happening for years but management just blames the residents instead of adding mo... read more
