I would like to give a very sincere thank you to David and the whole Sienna Pointe team! We had a pipe under our sink break yesterday, the Monday before thanksgiving, and we panicked! Thankfully the team in the front office understood how urgent our request was and they sent David over first thing Tuesday morning to replace our pipe and get everything up and running again. Review for Sienna Pointe Apartments (1855 NE Lotus Dr, Bend, OR 97701) If you're looking for peace and quiet, Sienna Pointe Apartments is not the place for you. This is by far the noisiest complex I’ve ever experienced. The K Building in particular is unbearable — dogs bark from balconies throughout the night, children scream and bounce on jump houses all day, and parties often run into the late hours with little to no control. I have always had a great and supportive reaction to any concerns from the sienna point management team. Great communication and prompt with responses and solutions. Overall a quiet and very clean environment, respectful neighbors and very dog friendly. Plus you can’t beat the view of Pilot Butte! 👍
Update : I am simply changing my review rating due to Natalie going above and beyond where others couldn’t. Not only has she been helpful and compassionate through this messy situation but she also found solutions to our problems and made us feel heard.
