Review for Sienna Pointe Apartments (1855 NE Lotus Dr, Bend, OR 97701) If you're looking for peace and quiet, Sienna Pointe Apartments is not the place for you. This is by far the noisiest complex I’ve ever experienced. Ongoing Noise Disturbance from Dogs in K Building – We are expressing our deep frustration regarding a persistent and disruptive issue involving dogs barking incessantly in K Building at Sienna Pointe Apartments (1855 NE Lotus Dr, Bend, OR 97701). We contacted Sienna Point management multiple times regarding excessive noise from nearby tenants. This included a dog that was tied up outside and barked throughout the night—typically from 9 PM to 5 AM. We even had to notify the police due to the ongoing disturbance. In addition, tenants have set up play areas in the apartment yard, despite the fact that Pilot Butte State Park—with a designated playground—is directly adjacent to the property.
