Exelent homes
Absolutely no customer service once they have your money. Warranty is a joke, the house can fall apart and all you will hear is "that's not under warranty". They are condescending and rude when you submit warranty tickets. Make absolutely sure everything is perfect before you pay because they won't do anything for you once you do. Granite countertops will crack. The wood floors they use are cheap and dents extremely easily. The fence gates aren't properly seated. The cabinets won't open and aren't screwed in right.
