I would not recommend living in any community that is Johnson and Johnson development. I lived in Sienna for 16 years and when my parents sold the house we have to give Sienna 1% of the profit to them just because they said so, which in our opinion it is very wrong. Also to get a history of the HOA dues we had to pay them $80.00 because they use a company in Las Vegas. Regarding the resale of your parent’s home, half of 1 percent of the gross sales price of a resale goes to the Community Services Foundation, a non-profit that is entirely separate from Sienna/Johnson Development. The CSF enhances community services and resources, such as school and youth-based programs within Sienna. CSF also helps underwrite the Children’s Catastrophic Fund. RecommendedSienna plantation is Fort Bend#1 community. My clients visited a lot of communities, and finally bought a house in Sienna plantation. The environment here is elegant, and it is a good place to live .

It's under construction now and will feature a jogging/walking path (approx 2.5 mi around) rest stops, openair pavilions + more. It's on Sienna Pkwy near Waters Lake Blvd.
We love our awesome community! Great schools, parks, churches... Fantastic place to raise our children!
Allow residents to do things without always having to come to the HOA for pre-approval. I understand guidelines and policies are important. I've lived in serval communities in the USA and Sienna is the worst when it comes to "rules". Too many rules & regulations...more than what God has for us; besides it ALL belong to our Heavenly Father - GOD.
