RecommendedIt’s a great place to call home
They bump your rent every year I moved here cuz it was in my price range you're going to be bumping it up every year ... I've been here for 5 years and I've been a good resident I don't think it's fair.
since I first moved here someone will always write things on my car, someone stole things from the back porch. the security will always give me crap for no reason. someone stole my license plate ,there are people who are always knocking on the doors and running away knocking on the Windows.. the stuff from the office are nice and the maintenance guys are nice as well .. but the people that live here always have to ruin it. but on top of that we have roaches I don't know how much do I have to clean an they don't disappear.
I am originally from San Diego and moved to Lancaster almost 2 years ago. When looking for a place to call home my roommate and I found Sienna Heights. From the start the staff in the office were very welcoming. The management is amazing I can't express how grateful I am for Brenda, Jasmine, Ashley and Chardonnay!! Those ladies are seriously on top of everything... If i have a concern they get handled. The maintenance guys are amazing as well Luis, Jon, Daniel, Raul all are great when there is an issue they handle it within ... read more
