This company does not handle business in good faith. After we moved out and paid our absurd cleaning fees with a money order that was cashed by them- they sent us to debt collections. Sent stuff to collectors moved out 2nd day of the month and got charged alot. Lived here for 10 years and every year it was just one thing after another. When we were finally able to get out of there, we were sent straight to collections. I recieved no mail from them whatsoever. I have no idea why there are charging me $1800 after move out. I am not paying some outrageous random amount of money. It would take weeks for management to get back to you about any problems. The staff changes over every couple of months and has always done that for 10 years. My deposit was stolen after the hurricane flooded my apartment. Was alresdy bad they didnt have an extra unit for me to move into then they give me back $100 for my move in deposit as if i destroyed the place.. sickening people will be contacting my lawyer!
