From maintenance George is really very professional, always ready to help and solve everything, very kind person and gentle.

They got me as well with the exorbitant move out fees. To begin with the carpet they double charged me as well as my insurance company was old when I moved in. I would injure my feet stepping on the tacks it was so old and worn. They only gave me a 2 week notice to move out. After moving out they sent me a bill for damages, which I paid. Even though I paid the bill they also filed a claim with the insurance company and were paid also by them. They need to be investigated for insurance fraud.
Infested with roaches, termites and rodents. Stay away. Money hungry individuals that fail to provide basic needs and will lie their way into taking everything you have. Shady business practices. Make sure they replace everything before you move in! Dirty carpets, broken faucets, and used toilets!
