I love Palmera at Gandy especially the maintenance they have here, one of the maintenance men here in particular his name is Tim Twitty I mean he's the nicest guy you could ever meet he loves doing his job and he is always happy and friendly when he comes and he alway make sure things are done correctly, I mean don't get me wrong all of the maintenance guys are great here and they're always on time but he just stands out to me more his energy is high vibrational and he's always that way. If you are thinking of moving to this condo, think about it well and look elsewhere, I just moved here with my mom and in just 4 months we are crazy because the contract ends to leave, really horrible experience, everything breaks down and maintenance apparently they are so busy that the waiting times for arrangements are 7 to 14 days so don't come, it's the best advice I can give
Current resident. One positive they are quick to fix any apartment issues. Major complaint I have been trying since Friday to talk to someone in the office. Each phone call I have tried either goes to AI or I get a live person (new hire?) that says they are not available. As I approach my renewal deadline they are making my decision so much easier.
