Wow, you guys took my post down because of the truth. Don't go here, they'll rob your money. I was staying at a hotel, now I'm living in my car for the rest of the week. I applied here paid $100 for the application and a $250 dollar for some background check. Then I qualified for everything. MJ made it convincing that we got the place by congratulating me. Told updated unit but walls have patch spots not painted,waited 3 hours to receive keys due to cleaning,but floors dirty,walls have unrepaired holes,baseboards dirty. Bedroom doors won't complete close.Said had microwave but doesn't. VERY DISSATISFIED but stuck in a year lease. I feel very mislead about apartment,they wouldn't show apartment till we took possession my mistake for trusting office
Honestly, I was really disappointed with my experience. After I moved out, I got charged for damage to the walls, even though I cleaned the apartment really well and there wasn’t any damage beyond normal wear and tear. It felt unfair to be billed for something that wasn’t there. The whole move-out process left a bad impression, and I wish management would be more honest and provide proof before charging residents. I definitely wasn’t expecting this after taking the time to leave the apartment clean.
The front office staff was absolutely wonderful! There was some confusion with my car, which resulted in it being moved, but the staff went above and beyond to help. One of the ladies even drove around the property herself to help me find it. When we finally located my car, we discovered the battery was dead. Another member of the front office staff took time out of her day, right at the end of her shift, to jump-start my car. If you enjoy living with cockroaches and waiting over a month for hot water, this is the place for you. Management’s idea of "taking care of residents" is closing maintenance tickets on their end while leaving the apartment uninhabitable. When called out on neglect, their response is a dismissive, "I am sorry you feel this way... Have a great day." Completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and indifferent to health and safety standards. Avoid at all costs.
