Luz does an excellent job in the administration of the complex. She is always attentive, respectful, and willing to support residents with a very professional attitude. Her commitment and willingness to help truly stand out. On the other hand, the maintenance staff has not been diligent at all. I have had pending requests for over a month and they still haven’t been resolved. Hopefully, this can improve, as Miss Luz’s great management deserves to be backed by an equally efficient maintenance team.
"No matter how many times I called or emailed, the manager never returned my messages. There's zero communication, and it's impossible to get any information from the leasing office. The staff is consistently rude and unprofessional whenever I manage to speak with them… When I moved out, they charged us over $1200. This fee was not mentioned in the lease and is just one of many bogus charges designed to steal your security deposit.. Plus, they told my car four times for no reason when I had my permits. This place sucks.
I want to recognize Ms. Luz's excellent work in managing the complex. She has always proven to be kind, professional, and very willing to work with the residents. Her attitude and commitment truly make a difference. In contrast, the maintenance service leaves much to be desired. My requests have gone unanswered and unresolved for over a month. It would be important for this team to improve its efficiency, as Ms. Luz's good management deserves the support of more responsible and effective maintenance.
Property manager had my car towed wrongly I have my parking permit on my windshield and the property manager still had my car towed wrongly making me miss my son’s autism therapy. The tow company verified to the property manager I have my parking pass on my windshield as well after being towed. me and the towing company are still currently waiting for the property manager to give the okay to release my vehicle for being wrongly towed.
