Out of fear of retaliation, I waited until I was well moved out of this place before leaving a review. Kristen mishandled my deposit by mistakenly applying it toward my rent when I moved in and I setup autopay (I never missed payments). Six months later, she summoned me to her office, reassuring me it was "nothing bad," only to demand $500 deposit payment or face eviction—citing a computer error. Miss Wanita and all the management staff are very helpful and communicative with us. Maintenance has always been very fast and efficient. Very quiet community!
