I am extremely disappointed and frankly suspicious of the treatment we received at this model home. We arrived first and were interested in viewing a specific one-level inventory home. The sales consultant gave us the address and told us to meet her there. Despite telling her at least three times that we would be waiting for her at that specific address, we sat there for 30 minutes while she never showed up.
