Siener installed a new central AC and VRF system in my house. It was a historic renovation with not a lot of clear space to work with, but they figured out how to get everything to fit where it needed to go. One of the condensing units malfunctioned due to manufacturer defect, and the manufacturer (American Standard) was not at all helpful resolving the problem under warranty. He was so great! I am a first time homeowner and he explained everything about my HVAC unit to me while he was doing things. He was very easy to talk to and I will 100% be calling if I have any problems in the future .
Some of their employees were harassing teenagers. Disgraceful behavior
A few friends and myself witnessed someone associated with this business harassing minors. It was really immature. A full grown man on a motorcycle in an altercation with 12 year olds
