Lived here for 2 years in two different units, and the staff was always very friendly. Maintenance was quick and helpful. The fitness room and grounds were kept clean. The management would have several events hosted throughout the year, ranging from barbecues, donation fundraising, and free goodies such as ice cream. It felt community oriented. Great complex,friendly staff, no pest problems. I havent had any issues with the complex since the staff listen to any concerns and do their best in finding a solution. If a maintenance issue arises they tend to fix the issue promptly. Parking late at night is the only issue since everyone only gets one reserved parking space but other then that i really enjoyed my stay and am glad i renewed my lease.
