Medicore at best A couple of my friends went there for lunch last week and they were not impressed. The food sat so long under the warming lights that it dried up the pasta sauce. They weren't even busy. If I hadn't been so hungry we would have left. The service was medicore and I had to ask for additional items like silverware and cheese. The prices were high for the food for what we ate. I would not recommend going there. S

Went to meet a group of friends for drinks and appetizers. * Live music was too loud in the bar area. Moved to a different table. * Worst service we had ever experienced (waiter Chris). After the first round of drinks and appetizers he disappeared. We still had some food missing and were sitting in front of empty glasses. We asked another waiter to send Chris to our table. Pointed out to Chris that he had abandoned us. He responded very rudely and disrespectfully. Complained to the manager, he apologized and sent us a differ... read more

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Price of food is too high for what you get. The chef is horrible, his food isn't bad, but don't DARE ask him for something extra/special or anything other than whats on the menu! He and the managment are very anti-customer service!!! The manager "B Y" sits at the bar and acts as a dictator rather than a "leader" and thats unsettling while your eating your high dollar meal listening to him yell at his employees while sitting there doing nothing and the workers are tending to tables. The bartenders are ar... read more

Siena – This is one of our favorite restaurants in Castle Rock. The food is good but overpriced. Happy hour is the way to go - they have some good specials on martinis, wine and appetizers, including the pizza of the day. The food is decent but the pizza has been good every time, wood fired with a great selection of toppings. Also the 3 desserts I have tried have been delicious. The service is inconsistent and based on who you get as a server the experience will be different each time. I DO NOT recommend sitting at the bar s... read more

Bad Service, but food was good All the comments I have read about the service do seem to be correct. After we were seated it took 20 minutes before a waiter even showed up to give us water. I will give him credit in that he was really nice. He just never seemed to be anywhere to be found. The food was mostly good. It seems though that the chef is inexperienced in fine dining and is trying to hard to make it fancy. I had the fettuccinni alfredo and that by itself was good. It was what they did to the dish to try to add color ... read more
