I had a very uncomfortable experience at Siempre Bella Beauty Center. The stylist was extremely dismissive and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I sat down. Instead of listening to what I wanted, I felt talked down to and judged for my natural hair texture. The way she spoke about my hair made me feel embarrassed and ashamed, like my hair didn’t matter or wasn’t worth caring about. I've been coming here for about a year now and I can say I come in and feel like I'm walking into my neighbor's house lol. That's just how a Dominican salon is going to be - sometimes a little music, fun commotion and a little trying to understand what's going on - BUT Siempre Bella ladies are always professional and looking to please their customers. Very friendly space and clean environment. The stylist I had was funny, kind, and listened to my service request, and their prices are fair. The entire team and vipes were positive. I definitely recommend Angie one of the stylists♥️
