They took me in the same day to help me. I had extreme eye pain and had no appointment. Sieht was very understanding and knowledgeable. The doctor was professional and was able to make a quick diagnosis and put me immediately on a prescription. He also set me my follow up for the end of the same week. That showed concern and I am greatly appreciative. Thanks for making me feel better and taking care of my eyes. 🤓

Long time patient of Dr Faulkenberg. He did my lasik 22 years ago (loved seeing past my bed covers) and cataract surgery Jan 2020. Highly recommend.
I was referred for cataract surgery. Everybody from Dr Falkenberg on down was very professional and very friendly. Results of the surgeries was even better than I expected. Highly recommend this practice.

Improved customer service. After waiting over a month to see the Dr., was called on the morning of my appt to advise their Surgical Center did not accept my Insurance. They knew my Insurance Carrier when I made the initial appt! 😡😡
This year was my first visit to the SIEHT center for my annual vision exam. The front desk, clinical staff are all very nice. I was very pleased with my physician and will be coming back next year.
