I contacted Siegwart American Law this summer to help me obtain my German Beibehaltungsgenehmigung in order to obtain dual citizenship. Mr Siegwart was fantastic and everyone ins the office was extremely helpful and always available for questions etc. The process was quick and with a positive outcome. I can highly recommend this law office to anyone.

I talked to Mr. Seigwart about the guidelines and tax ramifications of receiving gift/inheritance money from Germany. He was pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to contact him again. -Karen
