Waited 3 weeks for and appointment. 2 days before my appointment they called to reschedule for another week out. They said No dr. will be there. That the computer missed it. Terrible service
She was rude to me . She asked why I'm not wearing glasses and I told her the truth, I wasn't able to afford them and an eye exam in the past and she had the audacity to laugh .Then they didn't tell me on the phone when I made the appointment that it's going to cost 33.00 that my insurance isn't going to cover . They should have told me that prior to my appointment! !
