It's a GREAT LOCATION. Just about a mile to The Strip and it's got a great view of The Strip from the front of the property. The staff is WONDERFUL!!!! Paula at the desk is sweet and polite. Sharon, the Manager, is more than fair when a resident has a complaint. Chad, the Maintenance Technician, is A-FREAKING-MAZING!!!! Worst Hotel Ever! Robbed four hours after arrival! No refund – Travelers beware!! This place is a real piece of work. According to local police, multiple thefts have occurred at this location in the past year. Due to a recent experience with theft here, I felt compelled to write a bit about a family member who came here for a short term stay (1 week) and got robbed within a few hours of arrival. This place was disgusting!!! – My husband tried saving a few bucks by booking us in for 1 night. We ordered a nonsmoking room. When we opened the door, all we could smell was booze and cigarettes. There was also an ashtray on the beatup endtable. The bathroom shower area was covered in mold, there weren't enough towels for the 4 of us. The neighborhood that this hotel is located is very questionable as when we arrived, our drunk neighbors were sharing beers by the poolside.
