MARGARET IS AN ABSOLUTE JOY!! HER PLEASANT DISPOSITION AND FUNNY CHARMING DEMEANOR MAKES THE PROCESS OF PAYING RENT SIMPLE AND A PROCESS TO LOOK FORWARD TOO!! ALONG WITH THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE STAFF (MOST OF THEM) LIVING HERE HAS BEEN A HUGE UPGRADE FROM MY PREVIOUS LIVING SITUATION AND IM BLESSED TO BE A RESIDENT!! SHOUT OUT TO ALL OF THE STAFF AT ENVI SUITES AND A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE LADY WITH THE BLONDE ON TOP!! MARGARET!!!
This place was horrible with the roaches, roaches everywhere and in everything. I paid 700 dollars every 2 weeks. Yeah it was convenient but it wasn't worth it. I rather been homeless living in the alleys again, at least I didn't have to deal with roaches. Drug addicts every where, needles and balled up foil everywhere. People shaking your door looking threw your cars.
I stayed at this place for about 2 weeks. Price is right for what you get and for me it was 8 mins to the school I was going to so it made sense. After 2 weeks I was done. I just couldn’t take it anymore. Roaches I get but it was the surrounding area. Loud cars,motorcycles, music, people running and yelling right next to the door. Absolutely zero sleep for me. Having found Phoenix Envi Suites, has been a blessing. For one, the price one pays for what you get, can't be beat. The amenities, like the Wifi, cable tv, swimming pool, and laundry facilities, are the icing on the cake . As for the people that run this place, they go above and beyond to take care of whatever it is you may need taken care of. A very special Thank You, to Margaret Salazar at the front desk.
