This Building doesnt deserve a star its poorly managed no landscaper ,no security, no pool, and no gym and I mean zero accountability Ive reached out to management which has a temper issue and doesn't know how to professionally conduct herself I would know being a previous Manager myself makes me laugh they have no idea or clue on how to fulfill job description yet they blank threaten people and hide intentions of getting people removed for there own behavioral issues I challenge Karya Management to simply begin by drug test... read more
maintenance was great and friendly
Unfinished work. All they did was make a hole in the ceiling and rip off paint. There is black mold growing and even a few mushrooms grew out of it. They said they would be back twice after 2 different maintenance men came and checked it.
