Dr Siegel is wonderful!! His orthodontic assistant staff and office staff are also amazing!
This place lack communication and have no sense of urgency and this place is all about money they can really care less of your actual needs. I really had high hopes for this place. Anyone can obtain certain credentials but to still be incompetent is a sadness I’ll post pics soon
So I took off work for a half day to attend this appointment which was on Dec 17, 2020. Its Dec 29th and no one from that office has given me a call back. I guess their still trying to verify my Adult dental insurance...l guess their trying to see if my insurance will relapse before the end of the year lol ...I don’t like my time wasted. I said what I said when I first step foot inside of this office. I have dental insurance with orthodontic coverage that will pay at least half of what was quoted on thats day.
Dr Siegel is wonderful!! His dental staff and office staff are also amazing!
