I have been a patient for the last six years or more. We meet weekly and it is some thing I look forward to each and every time! she has helped me understand myself better, identify triggers, set healthy boundaries with folks in my life and develop coping skills when I feel overwhelmed. Also, some people get hung up on not being able to feel how much progress they’re getting in therapy. She was able to give me homework So I could see my progress firsthand. Highly recommended
It has been a number of years but the experience my child had with Ms. Siegel caused damage that took years to recover from. He was extremely adverse to seeing therapists / counselors subsequent to his time with her. She betrayed his trust and frighten him. Ms. Siegel made comments to our son, who at the time was 6-7 yrs old, such as "you could end up in foster care or worse", "do you want to be abusive"? and so on. Dr. Sheri Siegel is kind, compassionate, and hard-working. She does her best and has helped so many people, including me.
Dr. Siegel is a caring and compassionate family therapist.
She is the worst therapist I've ever seen. Her treatments damaged my child. She is very unprofessional. Find someone who cares about his/her patients.
