At first everything was great until the next day of us checking in our refrigerator didn’t get cold , they have roaches our room smelled during our tour we asking if they can fix that n do they give sheets they said they can fix the smell they going to have somebody clean it now but no sheets but they still gave us sheets i appreciate that but the smell was still there we dealt with it bc they had no other rooms now the roaches they are bad mind u this jus one day after n then when we were leaving we cleaned everything liter... read more

I want to say this place is by far been not only affordable convenient and totally saved my life for me and my children! I am beyond grateful and hands down enjoyed every moment staying here since November of 2023. Left in August of 2024 and had to come back because life happens and they once again saved us. I stayed here for one week. When I went to check out before 11 a.m., I was told I wouldn’t get my $60 deposit back because I “didn’t give a two-day notice.” No one told me I needed to provide a notice. This isn’t an apartment — it’s a hotel. Guests come and go. They only accept cash for both the room and deposit, which means you can’t dispute the charges if there’s a problem. Rooms for the price work well! Our room was updated. When we moved in, it could have been cleaned better! Sticky counters, plugs covered in dirt. AC very dirty. The bed we had to buy a mattress topper for it to become comfortable. We stayed for 4 months. Upon move in the parking lot was packed!! Glass everywhere you walk. Ended up purchasing shoes for my dog because of it. First set of neighbors were quiet, not much police presence or abrupt noises. 2nd set of neighbors was a different story. AZ is soo hot! thank goodness for the pools, Becca takes such amazing care of us. Since moving in, Becca and her staff are always keeping up the property. We love our room, we have laundry onsite, pool which we take full advantage of close to some good eats, not much of a cooking person. They have a gym too, once a while I remember. Until we find our next place, we plan on being here a bit.
