Both of our children were covered by Dr. Siegal. Notwithstanding a comment about 'bedside manner', his care was nothing short of EXCELLENT. Besides 'shots', his thoroughness regarding overall, holistic issues was outstanding. Notably, my children had 'issues' following the death of their mom (at ages 7 & 9) and his direction and guidance were life changing and responsible for the great way they turned out as adults.
My children have been patients of Dr Siegel's for many years. While I do have to agree with the previous reviewer that his annual exams tend to follow the same routine a bit rigidly, in my opinion, based on our experience, a one star rating is not justified. I never had the impression that "he was in it for the money". Don't go to this pediatrician. He has been wrong about so much, talks in monotone, sounds like a broken record or robot saying the same thing every visit, does creepy Donald Duck voices that are not funny (esp after years of the same thing), seems to only care about money, and caused body dysmorphia and body image issues with my kid after constantly lecturing about weight.
