BEWARE Beware of working with Siege Construction. They did a major repair to my deck 2 years ago, informing me that I did not need a permit as it was not a teardown. The work was completed in a timely fashion, however a bit of damage was done. After a bit of back and forth they paid for the stones they damaged, but not the concrete they poured onto another, nor the dirt that they sneakily moved into my garden beds where I could not tell until back there (no where near the work). From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely easy to work with. I cannot recommend Siege Construction enough! I dealt with a major plumbing issue on a Saturday, which is usually a nightmare scenario. They responded immediately and Colby was at my house within two hours. Colby was professional and quickly determined that specialized equipment and a specific team were needed for the full repair.
