Yes the first time I walked in I was greeted by a employee he was a gentleman for kind and courteous and let me know the ladies in the other office do tax preparation.. I met a lady who was very prompt courteous and asked some questions and had my paperwork to prepare my tax refund I went back and a different young lady went back brought out my envelope sit down and told me where to sign and the amt to receive and was very polite generous I asked her do you know about how long she stated alot sooner than I thought so thank y... read more

They help a lot of people in need and I need to get a hold of them to see if they can help me with air conditioner because I have health problems and if it's too hot I can't breathe but they are wonderful people there and I wish I could give them 10 Stars

Received energy assistance from here.. the employees were very kind, compassionate and understanding. I don't know what I'd do without them and the assistance I received. My mom also received assistance from here many years ago when I was a child.. we had a defective furnace and Sieda bought us a new one so we could heat our trailer as the one we had was old and not worth fixing. I just wanted to say I appreciate everything that's been done.
