The property **** ********* **** advertised as ******** ******* is a hazard for families and should be removed as a viable rental. Mold permeates, deck rails detached and are fail hazards, unclean building with rat traps throughout the building. Cabinet molding failing off dirty sheets and soiled blankets—too much to put on one post. It’s a health hazard and someone needs to do something so others are not scammed into a $******* weekly rental and putting their families in jeopardy.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition of our family beach house rental Atlantic Breeze! Within the first 24 hours of our stay, we have encountered numerous issues: Room 10: Unpainted ceiling patch. Room 13: Leaking ceiling in bathroom, bubbling ceiling in shower, paint stains on walls, slow sink and shower. Room 14: Dripping shower. Theatre Room: Large hole in the wall. We return to Sandbridge This year for the first time after many using seabirdt for the first time paying *******for the week photos were not updated of the pool area. Completely changed and overgrown hot tub not working. Refrigerators not working Deck chairs where broken all need to be replaced by the end of our vacation, not worth anything that we paid will never use Siebert again . We rented a little house oceanfront in Sandbridge. It was clean as a pin. The office personnel are super nice and accommodating. We had some repair issues and Maintenace was sent right out. I love this company and the service. They were the first in Sandbridge and the best in Sandbridge. I have no complaints. I find them responsive and frankly have no idea what these 1 stars are complaining about.
My family(30+ people) have been going to Sandbridge every summer for years. Each year we stayed in a different place & we were very pleased by both the house & ************Company we worked with. This year we decided to use Siebert Realty. Judging off my rating, that decision will never happen again, & if you are reading this, I’d urge you to rethink booking with them. Siebert deliberately rents these nasty worn down houses to people with the knowledge that they have not fixed the problems, the house we rented was thousands and it was dirty, broken furniture, dirty bathrooms with hair still in sinks and showers, broken kitchen cabinets, dirty refrigerators, stained wood tables and scratched wood floors, there was a horrible smell of mold and mildew. This is the email that I sent to Siebert Realty and I still have not been contacted or compensated. Hello. We are located at **** ********* ** and we have a couple complaints. I called this morning concerning theater room. The projector will not work so we are unable to use it. I called concerning this and was told that someone would be there to fix it. We rented Gift of the Sea this past week August 21 and arrived to find nothing but filth and the stench was unreal. We spoke with Siebert 2 times before demanding a full refund. Their staff was very unprofessional and was very rude. The house had mold coming from the vents and black mold on the deck among many other things. The grass hadn't been mowed. In July my mother in law rented "Cocktails and Dreams" from Siebert Realty for our annual family vacation. I will start by saying that we have rented from Siebert Realty for almost 15 years and this was the only time that we were treated with such unprofessionalism from them and the GM "KAT". The house was filthy when we first got in and the cleaner had just left.
