I cannot even express the trust I have in this attorney. I was first referred to him from someone else in my profession when I was served papers. It was a frivolous lawsuit. But in CA anyone can sue anyone for anything, Kurt read the complaint....asked several questions and at the end of my consultation he said.....you will win but it will cost you a lot of money. I appreciated his candor. He was right. I won, it cost me a lot of money....but Kurt is a right fighter and he knew this was all wrong! We won in a jury trial........ read more
