I have used the designer services for both my business and home for many years. The personal service was detailed and right on budget! One of the designers, Kevin Heller, was especially helpful in helping me select a memory tree to give as a gift that represented the loved one who passed away. It was perfect!

I've been a customer of Siebenthaler's for over 30 years and have used them both personally and professionally. The Centerville garden center is my go-to each Spring for annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs. The selection is amazing and the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I am very disappointed in the customer service at the Beavercreek location. I purchased a supertunia from the store after talking to the sales person and asking what would be good for hummingbirds and not toxic for my dogs in the yard. I paid $39.99 for a hanging basket. I thoroughly read the instructions and put it on the patio table. Within about one week it started dropping all the flowers. This company has been doing our landscape of our home for 3 years. We never had a problem while Janice was with the company. We have the same work done every summer, and this time when they came out they did a poor job with putting down mulch. My husband called the company and spoke with John who is now in charge. He sent the guys back out to correct what they didn't do. When we got the bill they double charged us and said that was additional work they completed.
