We love living here! Under the new management of Savarino, there have been countless upgrades and improved communication. Our property management and maintenance staff is extremely helpful and responsive. The apartments are spacious and the location can’t be beat! We shopped around before deciding on the Sidway and though the rent can seem a bit high, when you factor in utilities and quality, it truly is a great deal!! Don’t hesitate to take a tour today!
because it's not for low income families or seniors low income
I’ve lived at Sidway for almost 2 years now. Yes, it’s changed to a certain extent, but this building is old. There are consistent issues with the elevator and for the fourth time this season, I have no heat. The building keeps putting quick fixes on a known issue. I have a dog and this is an issue! I would not recommend this apartment building for the simple fact of negligence of property management.
Horrible communication from the management. Poor response to anything that needs fixing. Currently still have a sewage soaked tile from the upstairs bathroom that's now moldy too. Stove broke it took ten days to fix. The communication you get is the automated reminders when your rents due. Inbox me before you sign if you have questions.
They inactivated my fob and locked me out of the building this winter in below freezing temperatures because of the lack of communication between the management. Apparently the guy who lives in the apartment on the lower floor that we moved out of hadn’t paid for his parking that month so they mistakenly shut of our fob....Which is a key to the gated parking AND BUILDING!!! I recently toured the apartments over this past weekend and was very impressed by the details and the potential of the new space. Our guide Michael Gospodarski was friendly and was able to paint an amazing picture of what will be available to the tenants. The two apartments we saw were bright, spacious, and provided excellent space for entertaining. What I truly loved was the back and forth I had with Michael about what the space could be.
