I chose a refrigerator from this establishment and set up a date and time to pick it up. At the time the refrigerator was missing its handles and needed some minor work. I was told that it would be complete and ready upon pickup. On the agreed upon date and time when I went to pick up the refrigerator was still in the exact same condition and position.
