Just called to speak to someone about a prior authorization and was hung up on by Hope.. very rude and unprofessional.. she probably shouldn’t be answering the phones with that attitude.
It took me a while to find a PCP who was a good fit for me. I don't just love Dr. Morgan but the entire staff. Everyone is professional AND compassionate, so it's always a pleasant experience. I've received nothing but top notch care.
