I started going to the Sidney Hillman Clinic in 2014, when they were on 16th Street. My primary care physician, who I am pleased with, is there. Almost every time I came in, I had to wait 3 hours to see my doctor. When I tried to make appointments by phone, I was usually put on hold for 30-60 minutes. In 2016, the clinic called me 4x to cancel appointments the day of, for various reasons. Each time, I had to wait another 1-2 months to be rescheduled. Horrible wait time! I arrived at 10:20 for a 10:45 appointment ( I made more then 2 months ago). And they kept notifying me by text and email confirm my appointment which I did, each time. And now it’s 12pm and still waiting office waiting area is very overheated and no cool air to curculate. I can’t deal with this place anymore . Time to find another place for my needs. Because this is just horrible to sit like this from 10:20 to 12 noon. I am a migraine suffer too and the heat and the bright sun in this office is horrible
