Was this provider friendly? Extremely Friendly Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this eye care office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did your provider ask enough questions that you felt they took a holistic approach to your appointment? I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for
