I just wanted to update my review as i had receievd a call from Paul Mineo who took the time to research this and we had found out my issue was actually with attorneys office who represents the collection agency and not the credit union itself. This was the first bank I had opened an account with since I was able to have my own account at 18. I am 33 now. Cassie was not helpful, didn't answer questions and just referred us to the website. Afterwards I checked their rates and they are much higher than what we pay elsewhere with our current credit union. She even threatened to end our conversation if I took more than 30 seconds to respond when she took well over a minute and felt like more than a few at times. Waste of my time!

Wont refund fraudulent charges no insurance they dont protect your money dont recommend
