The stars given here are for Dr. Marchand only, not his staff. Dr. Marchand is probably the best doctor I have ever had as a GP. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and always asks a lot of questions to obtain the most information relevant to his examination. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about his staff. His medical assistant, Julie, is very arrogant, extremely rude, condescending, and appears very put out that she has to talk to mere patients. An unpleasant experience.

I have had multiple issues with the staff & billing department at Dr. Marchand's office. After many attempts to get these billing issues resolved, it became obvious why so many errors keep happening. The office manager was very unhelpful and rude, and it seemed to pain her to take two minutes out of her day to correct mistakes THEY made. Save yourself some grief and find a doctor that has a capable staff so you won't have to worry about erroneous charges, bad attitudes, and insulting comments.

My only disappointment with Dr Sidney is that he has over the years kept cutting his office appointment times back. He used to have appointments fro 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday. He then started only seeing patients from 10 am. Then he stopped seeing patients on Friday at all. His staff cancelled my Friday appointments 3 months in a row without telling me that he will not be seeing patients on Fridays. They just kept rescheduling for the following month.
