To say that Dr. Sidlow is nice is an understatement! He is sweet, funny, smart and an all around wonderful doctor. He explains everything in a way that can be easily understood. My son(age 9) is his patient and he's always joking with him and explaining everything to him in a kind way. The staff is very kind and goes above and beyond to accommodate us. We always leave Dr. Sidlow's office with a smile. If your in need of a podiatrist Dr. Sidlow is your guy!
Dr. Sidlow is/was very compassionate and knowledgeable. I have had hammer toes and been treated for 18 years. Due to job change I came to Dr Sidlow. He was honest about my deformed toes but practical. He offered advice to save me money and was very kind. I just got on Medicare and his business manager explained up front that my deductible has not been met and I would have to pay out of pocket. He is great & I have confidence in his treatment.
I love Dr. Sidlow and his staff they are very professional. Dr. Sidlow takes his time with his patients he makes you feel important and explains in great detail my treatment. When I had questions about my benefits the office personnel was so nice she explained in detail my deductible and copay I really appreciate her taking time to explain everything to me. The nurse, front and back checkout are very nice anytime I have to go in for my appointments. I love Dr. Sidlow and his awesome staff.
I liked Dr. Sidlow, but there is something bad going on with the business office! The office manager, Gail, and the billing coordinator TRIED TO SHAKE ME DOWN FOR EXTRA MONEY above what my insurance paid, $125 to be EXACT!! They claimed my insurance WOULD NEVER COVER these [& claimed to tell me is be responsible at my visit, which they didn't. ..I would have called the ins co]. My ins said they coder it all WRONG! RUDE BILLING STAFF, Office mgr & very SHADY!! Sad & inexcusable disrespect!
