got the full hardie treatment on a 1920s house. not an easy job with all the angles and the original trim details we wanted to keep. they nailed it. the color match on the trim is exactly what we picked and the lines are clean everywhere I look. caulking is neat too which sounds dumb but its the kind of thing you notice when its sloppy. drove past the house a few times after just to look at it lol

Our old vinyl siding had started to warp and buckle on the south-facing side of the house. You could actually see daylight around a couple of the seams where it had pulled away from the sheathing. North State came out and gave us an estimate for a full replacement with James Hardie. The install took about a week and they dealt with some moisture issues behind the old panels before putting the new stuff up. The house holds temperature way better now and the exterior finally looks like it belongs in this decade.
had this ongoing issue where rain would get behind the old aluminum siding and pool near the foundation. tried caulking it myself a few times. they came out did the full hardie replacement and its been through two heavy storms since with zero moisture issues. basement stays dry now which is a huge relief
