Big job on an ordinary house. North State Siding Contractors took three days longer than they had said, and told me on the first day the weather turned, so I never spent an evening wondering what was happening. That right there is what separates a good job from a poor job. The technical side is beyond me and I put a lot of basic questions to them. All of them got an answer I could follow. When I asked why the wrap mattered I got an explanation, not a shrug. It was the same people here every day and they said good morning. Ev... read more
Needed our whole house resided and these guys handled it without any fuss. The estimate was fair and they didnt try to tack on extras we didnt need. New siding looks clean and the color we chose really pops against the trim. Crew was polite and kept the work area neat. They wrapped it up in the timeframe they gave us which I appreciated. Simple, honest work and the house looks great now! Would point a friend their way if they needed the same done.

full siding replacement on a 1920s bungalow, they did the whole house in hardie plank. the old cedar stuff was basically falling apart in sections so it all had to come off. what stood out to me was how they handled the window trim, everything is tight and the caulk lines are straight which matters on an older home where nothing is perfectly square. they also replaced all the soffits and put up new gutters since we were doing everything anyway. the color is arctic white and it made the house look completely different from th... read more
